Welcome To The Art Forums,
August Updates
As you all may know, iD has managed to end up in America, meaning there isn't much to report about AFv4. That doesn't mean we are falling behind though, plans to start massive work on the creation of AFv4 itself is going to really lift off when iD gets back from his break. Also, Remember - the posting competition is ending when we hit 60,000 posts, so it's still anyone's game. The competition itself has been getting well under way, with all the competitors making huge post increases to be in with a chance of winning the £10 prize on offer. A frequently updated graph of the current competition standings can be viewed here.

I've got a 300GB Hard Drive on my Computer. And a 1TB EHDD. Not much of each is used up. I bought the EHDD for when I was reinstalling and needed somewhere to backup.

okay guys.... so I definitely have a lot of stuff, but right now, i only have time to post a couple. Unfortunately, i haven't had as much time as I'd like to work on images and most of what i have done has either been for school or related to my novel.

x
^^I'm not wild about this piece. it was something i did real quick (prob about 30 minutes) for school. I do like the concept, however, so i may revisit this if I ever have time.

x
^^This is the main character of my novel. Gabe.

x
^^this is one of the evil characters in my novel, Amile.

They say we learn from our mistakes. Well, some mistakes are wearing white after labor day, other mistakes are invading Russia in winter.

Oh, the IB Program? Probably not, because the high school I am supposed to go to doesn't offer it, and I don't think I will go to another (which is closer) in the district just because of the IB Program.

I'm in the middle of third term which is okay. I've got an assigemt to do, but it will get really busy in late October getting ready for the end of the year. I can't remember when I last had that amount of homework though .

No, my teachers do whatever they want. What really annoys me is that they think on a Friday they should give more homework, just because we have more time to do it. I do all my homework right after school, so I get extra homework because of the teachers stupidity.

Do all of you only get homework on a certain day and only a certain amount?

I hardly get any homework sheets. Unfortunately, most of my homework tends to contribute to a GCSE in some way. My teachers are pressured by the head not to waste time with irrelevant work, I believe.

Up 8/10

I've been meaning to watch this for ages. I'm a big fan of Pixar so I decided to sit down and watch this yesterday. I would've given this a 10/10 for the first half of the movie, but it just becomes too surreal and unrealistic to actually enjoy near the end. Still, the backbone of the story is worth watching. If you are a fan of Pixar then watch this, it is very suitable for teenagers and adults and I found the story to be quite deep and quite adult.

Then don't do it properly. I try and avoid doing homework (or do it with as little care as possible) unless it is coursework or will actually help me to obtain good GCSE grades. A homework sheet with no relation to your GSCE is a homework worth not doing IMO.

This is extremely true. Homework supposed to take twenty minutes seems to take a good deal longer. Sometimes more than an hour, if you do it properly.
